SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the ordered items and your delivery information. Please verify this information (country, street number, company name, etc.) and contact us promptly if there are any errors. If you have not received the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

SHIPPING

Express Delivery Areas: Worldwide

Logistics Providers for Shipping: DHL, UPS, THT, FedEx, Wanb, EMS, YunExpress, Yanwen.

We strive to process all orders within 1 to 3 business days from receipt, but this may take longer during peak periods (holidays, sales, etc.). You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING METHOD, SHIPPING TIME, SHIPPING FEE

  • Standard Shipping: Within 7 to 20 business days

Delivery may take longer during peak periods or if your package is inspected by customs. It may be delayed by 5 business days for any special situation. While we do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control.

TRACKING

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order acknowledgment via email to confirm your order details. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your order number, carrier information, the date and time the order was placed, the order status, and tracking numbers for items that have been shipped. You can track your items on the carrier's official website after 24 hours.

When they arrive in your country, local postal services take over. This means you can track your package on your local postal service's website with the same tracking number. If tracking indicates the package could not be delivered for any reason, please contact your local post office first for more information. As they handle your package, they will be able to provide you with information that we do not have.

If you have difficulty tracking your package, send an email to katruustore@outlook.com. We will be happy to assist you! Please note that tracking is active for 60 days. Therefore, we cannot assist you if you contact us after this period.

DELIVERY

We take all reasonable precautions to ensure that products are not damaged. If the item is damaged during transport, please immediately send an email to katruustore@outlook.com within 3 business days of receiving the package. If your order was damaged during transport, please contact us promptly by sending us a photo.

If possible, please report any issues with the delivery (damaged/wet package, torn/folded products, etc.) to the carrier when you receive your order.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

If your order is shipped to an incorrect address, please send an email to katruustore@outlook.com as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE

In case of adverse weather conditions and/or events, order processing will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is guaranteed that your order will be processed promptly when the weather permits.

Your order will be sent to the address provided at the time of ordering. Any package returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be reshipped at your expense.

The cost of returning the product is your responsibility if it is not a quality issue.
